Position: Sales Executive- APAC Region
Our team is on the lookout for a challenger!
We are a global technology consultancy, having presence in Australia, Singapore, Middle East and Sri Lanka. Our strong clientele spans across eleven countries covering multiple business sectors. At POTENZA (www.onepotenza.com), we sell business outcomes, and we have an opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about building relationships and solving problems to join our Sri Lanka Office.
The Opportunity
An early career individual / fresh graduate who possess a great enthusiasm to sell, as a Sales Executive. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Identify potential clients and generate leads
- Analyze and understand market trends and customer needs
- Costing, pricing, contract structuring and customer negotiations
- Work with pre-sales and solution teams to ensure smooth operation of the entire sales cycle
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Manage existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Skills & Attributes for Success
- Bachelor's degree or CIM (complete or part qualified)
- A person who is capable of translating plans into actions and results Good communicator and a team player
- Passion for Sales and business development with a positive attitude Experience in business development for technology or professional services company would be advantageous, but not mandatory
