FIELD MANAGER/ASSISTANT FIELD MANAGER
JOB PROFILE
- The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding the medical promotional delegates across the country, according to the set strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Further, the candidate will be required to build relationships with key stakeholders to promote the range of products assigned to the team.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing the budget and costing for activities for team, with the guidance of the Business Head to deliver results entrusted to him.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Professional Qualification in Marketing (SLIM or CIM) would be an added advantage
- Minimum 02 Years' experiences as a Senior Medical Marketing Executive/Field Manager in the relevant field
- Experience in handling anti-infective medicines will be an added advantage
- Good KOL Engagements with Physicians, Pediatric, Surgeons or Gastro Segments will be an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office package
- Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced and changing environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
