G.C.E A/L or equivalent qualification
Good communication skills in Tamil and English are a must, with manageable conversations in Sinhala
Previous experience in private or public sector in field-related job or work experience in Development sector projects in North and Eastern Provinces
Should be able to work in MS Office Packages efficiently
No age limit, ability to work productively and committedly would be valued
Ability to work in the field full time, ability to travel across the country for work considered important
