RESERVATIONS MANAGER
Join our team as the Reservations Manager at Gal Oya Lodge, nestled in the serene landscape of Ampara, Bibila. Surrounded by 25 acres of lush private forest in the East of Sri Lanka, you'll experience the wonders of wildlife and nature while being an integral part of our vibrant community. Operating from both our Colombo head office and the hotel, you'll have the opportunity to thrive in diverse environments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all reservation inquiries from travel agents,
- online platforms, and direct telephone calls.
- Skillfully navigate channel managers and property management systems.
- Maintain meticulous reservation records and liaise with valued guests, coordinating closely with sales & marketing.
Requirements:
- Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel or travel industry.
- Knowing local travel agents and maintaining good relationships with DMCs is an added advantage.
