HR & Compliance Manager
Location - Dehiattakandiya
We are looking for a dedicated and committed senior level individual who is willing to take the challenge. The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Job Role
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Lead investigations into workplace issues and provide resolution strategies that are fair and consistent.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Coordinate and conduct regular compliance audits to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to data privacy and security regulations.
- Monitor and ensure ethical practices within the organization, promoting a culture of integrity.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with established procedures.
- Stay informed about best practices in HR and compliance and recommend enhancements accordingly.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Individual Profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience in similar capacity.
- Age below 45 years.
- Degree/Diploma related to HR & Compliance or chartered member in CIPM.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems for managing employee data and compliance tracking.
