Factory Manager
Your primary responsibilities includes,
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
- Make sure the required materials for production are ordered on time.
- Should meet the set targets to meet the customer requirements with set quality standards.
- Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Develop required new products on a regular basis.
- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
- Responsible for the total assets of the factory and its in and out by following the stipulated systems.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the furniture wood and upholstery industry capacity of Managerial level.
- Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control.
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
- Fair knowledge of computer literacy.
- The ability to multitask.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.
