We are a long established public listed company affiliated to a multinational with diversified manufacturing activities worldwide. We are a premier manufacture of high quality aluminium extrusions used for architectural and other applications. In Sri Lanka our group activities range from manufacturing building material including builders' hardware systems, hardware accessories and MDF boards.
We are seeking for an operations manager to manage the operations in the factory.
OPERATIONS MANAGER-FACTORY
- Ideal candidate should be a graduate in engineering/science with a minimum 5 years of experience in factory operation.
- Should be a dynamic result oriented individual who can manage the team and motive them to fulfil tasks and meet production targets.
- Should be a go getter with the ability to solve problems, accept responsibility and be able to get the job done.
- Age around 45 years.
Retired Ex-Servicemen with machine shop experience and technical qualifications are also invited to apply.
