PROCESS TRAINER
Responsibilities
- Conduct process and soft skill training required by the projects
The Profile
- Excellent command of English (oral & written)
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives to ensure the expectations of clients are met as the project evolves
- Identify weak areas of the team and provide necessary training to improve standards
- Evaluate trainee/staff/team performance and initiate plans for development
- Formulate and maintain reports pertaining to client feedback, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Training, Change orders, Updates
- Coordinating with management and support departments to ensure that training takes place effectively and in a timely manner
- Excellent presentation & analytical skills
- Background in training with at least 2 years of training experience
- A degree or relevant professional qualification
