PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for an ambitious, innovative, and passionate Project Manager with experience to join our team. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly growing industry while also being a part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure smooth & timely delivery of the projects with the expected quality.
- Establish project plans with the teams to track progress and use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and resourcing
- Status reporting on project deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects/teams simultaneously.
- Coach the team members/ stakeholders on the agile principles.
- Contribute to the roadmap planning.
WHO DO WE LOOK FOR?
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in engineering project management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- Sound knowledge of project management software is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills & self-driven in managing multiple projects/teams.
- Strong leadership & organizational skills with a self-motivated & a positive attitude.
- Must be able to perform under pressure.
