Job Description:

  • Monitor & perform various laboratory testing for all raw materials up to finished product analysis.
  • Understanding and implementing the requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP systems.
  • Implement the procedures, documentation and record maintenance related to management system activities.
  • Inspecting all processes in the factory to ensure that the quality, food safety and environmental standard are maintained as per plans and company objectives.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • BSc. Degree in Food Science & Technology or any associated discipline with a Minimum of 3 years of experience in Food Manufacturing industry.
  • Age: Below 35 Years.
  • Should possess good communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil. Team player who can work with multidisciplinary team.
