OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

The Operations Executive is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the company's facilities. This includes supervising janitorial staff, managing security, coordinating with other facility management teams, and attending to tenant inquiries.

JOB PROFILE

  • Supervise janitorial functions and attendance
  • Oversee and be responsible for washroom collection/tickets and daily collection reports
  • Oversee and be responsible for photoshoot collection, documentation, and daily collection summary reports
  • Maintain security attendance and review month-end payment invoices
  • Manage petty cash floor and vouchers
  • Coordinate with other facility management teams on daily requirements and issues (fire and maintenance)
  • Coordinate with CMC on all matters
  • Coordinate events activities with the Management
  • Attend to hotline photoshoot inquiries
  • Coordinate with tenants on day-to-day issues, complaints, and other matters
  • Coordination and communication between tenant and legal department on lease agreements
  • Monitor pending leases and ensure timely execution
  • Coordination with Head of Mall Management on approvals rates and other terms prior to execution
  • Coordination with Marketing and tenant on all promotions including bank promotions, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in operations management or related field
  • Proven experience in operations management would be an added advantage
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Age between 22 to 27 years
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English & Sinhala)
  • Should be flexible to work additional hours when required
