NativeWay(Pvt) Ltd is a leading integrated engineering consultancy firm in Sri Lanka. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual for the position of NativeWay Concept Technician. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing ISO 9001 quality management system in accordance with MVAC regulations for EM1 conformance with SLIDA, the Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA).
Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems and other electrical installations.
- General inspection and troubleshooting
- Effective and timely coordination between technical and administrative staff
- Prepare proposals for the installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems
- Perform regular and routine maintenance of air conditioning systems
Qualifications and Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 - 4 qualifications in refrigeration
- Minimum 02 years experience in air conditioning systems
- Experience with installation/maintenance of ACs/VRFs/Chillers/Package Types ACs
- Knowledge of AC duct cleaning
- Good communication skills required
