Call Center Executives

Join our highly talented sales team to contact our vast customer base in Middle East & Africa.

Remuneration package: Basic Salary + Attendance Bonuses and Commissions exceeding Rs. 100,000 (Incentives Pegged to USD)

Responsibilities

  • Manage outbound calls.
  • Handling customer queries & customer support.
  • Build sustainable relationships & engage customers by taking the extra mile. Meet personal/team qualitative & quantitative targets.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should be between 18 - 35 years.
  • Possess good communication skills in English and Tamil or Hindi. Ability to speak in Malayalam, Telungu or Kannada will be an added advantage.
  • "Expat Indians" in Sri Lanka are also encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in similar field will be an added advantage.

Working Hours: 11.00 AM - 8.00 PM
