Call Center Executives
Join our highly talented sales team to contact our vast customer base in Middle East & Africa.
Remuneration package: Basic Salary + Attendance Bonuses and Commissions exceeding Rs. 100,000 (Incentives Pegged to USD)
Responsibilities
- Manage outbound calls.
- Handling customer queries & customer support.
- Build sustainable relationships & engage customers by taking the extra mile. Meet personal/team qualitative & quantitative targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should be between 18 - 35 years.
- Possess good communication skills in English and Tamil or Hindi. Ability to speak in Malayalam, Telungu or Kannada will be an added advantage.
- "Expat Indians" in Sri Lanka are also encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in similar field will be an added advantage.
Working Hours: 11.00 AM - 8.00 PM
