POST OF IT ASSISTANT

Norfolk Foods (Pvt) Ltd is the leading frozen food manufacturer under the brand of 'Crescent'. Norfolk is a collaborative partner of Charoen Pokphand Foods PLC (CP Foods, Thailand - the one of the world's leading agro-industrial and food conglomerate head-quartered in Thailand and the largest integrated food producer in Asia). In our Rapid expansion we are seeking a dynamic, result oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our Team as "IT Assistant".
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Higher National Diploma in Hardware and Networking.
- Minimum two (02) years related experience in a similar capacity.
- Should possess strong intellect of Domain Environment, Azure, 0365, Networking (Cisco), Firewall, Information Security, PABX knowledge and experience.
- Should be able to effectively communicate and liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team-based environment.
- Residents in Homagama, Godagama, Kottawa areas will be an added advantage.
- Preferably a Male candidate Age below 35 years.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring and Maintaining IT Infrastructure (Hardware/Software/Networking)
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Documenting processes as well as backing up and archiving data.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly.
- Experience in CCTV & PABX configurations.
