Our Client is one of leading tiles and bathware manufacturing companies in Sri Lanka. They are looking for an energetic, result-oriented individual with work experience to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and resolving any issues or complaints effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professionalism.
- Stay informed about new products, features, and industry trends.
- Provide ongoing training and product knowledge sessions for showroom staff to enhance their ability to assist customers and promote sales.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Management or Fully or Partly Professional Qualification in SLIM/CIM
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management, Stores Management, and Merchandising
- A dynamic and result-oriented individual
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
- Willing to exert extra effort to achieve objectives
- Age below 35 years old
