Vacancy - IT Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Technical Team as an IT Technician.
Job Profile & Key Responsibilities:
- Set up hardware and install/configure software and drivers.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Repair or replace damaged hardware.
- Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks, and manage components (servers, IPS, etc.).
- Provide training to users on the safe usage of IT infrastructure.
- Attend to office-related IT issues and provide on-site support as needed.
- Support the preventive maintenance team as necessary.
- Manage technical documentation.
Qualification & Professional Experience:
- Relevant diploma or NVQ Level 5/6 professional qualification in IT.
- Previous working experience as an IT technician is advantageous.
- Thorough knowledge of computer software/hardware and various internet applications, networks, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with security screening machines and related technology would be an added advantage.
