OPERATION EXECUTIVE - REGIONAL OFFICE GALLE
JOB PROFILE
- The ideal candidate should be able to handle all secretarial duties in our regional office at Udugama-Galle, including administration support, correspondence, coordinating meetings, and collation of data and figures.
- Also should assist Deputy General Manager - Operations to perform his day-to-day tasks efficiently and effectively.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- 1-3 years' experience in the relevant field
- Sound educational background is a pre-requisite. A professional qualification in Secretarial Practice or any other related field will be added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Tamil will be added advantage)
- Conversant in preparing budgets, feasibility reports, proposals and having basic accounting knowledge
- Good analytical skills
