Job Description
As a Complex Learning Coordinator, you will support Cluster Learning Manager & Complex Learning Executive in driving Learning Function in properties. From day one, you will be involved in organizing training activities, and supporting/promoting learning and development opportunities. You will also support Team Members with advice on how best to improve team member's skills and capabilities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
SLITHM Diploma.
Previous experience in Training & Development OR in a related Field
English speaking, writing, and understanding.
Strong communication skills and keen to assist people with their learning and development with proven people management skills.
Designing and supplying a variety of training styles
