Job Profile
Deputy Manager - Learning & Development
Location: Head Office
- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
- Managing and tracking learning budgets
- Evaluating individual and organizational development needs
- Implementing various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Designing and delivering training programs
- Assessing the success of development plans and helping employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Administering the performance management process
- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
- Conducting effective induction and orientation sessions
- Monitoring and evaluating training program's effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and reporting on them
Eligibility
- BSc/ BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field (HR)
- Accredited trainer would be an added advantage
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or similar
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in disciplinary management would be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills & sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders swiftly
- Knowledge of digital learning platforms
