E-Commerce Manager
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar capacity
- Extensive knowledge about the fashion industry
- Ability to develop and execute online sales strategy of the company and achieve planned revenue targets.
- Ability to manage the online team effectively to maximize output
- Ability to develop and manage company website, social media for online promotions
- Making sure that all items are listed on the website and the items being sold are up-to-date, have the correct sizes, price. Responsible for managing photo shoots and uploading products onto our Facebook page.
- Liaise with the delivery company to make sure that the customer receives the packages in a timely manner. Responsible for the efficient management of the physical stock
- Providing excellent customer service on the phone as well as through social media and emails
- Responsible for managing all promotions of the website
- Must be results-oriented with a good eye for details
- Having SEO skills is an added advantage
- Having website enhancement knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop (Ps) and Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage
- Ability to carry out back-office administration with knowledge in MS Office
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
