REQUIREMENTS
- Full or part qualified in HRM from a recognized institute.
- 3-4 years HR operation experience in hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible as the HR Business Partner to ensure HR strategies are closely aligned with organizational objectives to achieve organizational success.
- Identify and address HR operational gaps, streamlining processes from recruitment to retirement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Introduce effective HR initiatives and create a performance-driven culture.
