JOB POSITION: HR BUSINESS PARTNER
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Derive insights from various HR connects and feedback tools for leadership reporting and design action plans and implement them periodically.
- Roll out various programs targeting employee retention/engagement
- Providing HR Updates and Reviewing with Leaders
- Partner with the Business in understanding key variables, opportunities, and challenges
- Establish the need and relevance of Talent Management interventions to all stakeholders and solicit buy-in and support
- Conducting Positive Counseling Stage I & Stage II-review meetings
- Implementing HR Policies & special initiatives
- Responsible for the First level review of data and conversations for incidents reports/escalations/policy violations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes and procedures are being followed effectively
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Degree/Professional qualification in Human Resource Management from an institute of repute.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management
- Strong domain knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws and regulations
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS Systems and comfortable learning technical systems as needed
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in HR management and worked in an IT/ITES industry
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
