JOB POSITION: HR BUSINESS PARTNER

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

  • Derive insights from various HR connects and feedback tools for leadership reporting and design action plans and implement them periodically.
  • Roll out various programs targeting employee retention/engagement
  • Providing HR Updates and Reviewing with Leaders
  • Partner with the Business in understanding key variables, opportunities, and challenges
  • Establish the need and relevance of Talent Management interventions to all stakeholders and solicit buy-in and support
  • Conducting Positive Counseling Stage I & Stage II-review meetings
  • Implementing HR Policies & special initiatives
  • Responsible for the First level review of data and conversations for incidents reports/escalations/policy violations
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes and procedures are being followed effectively

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree/Professional qualification in Human Resource Management from an institute of repute.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management
  • Strong domain knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS Systems and comfortable learning technical systems as needed
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in HR management and worked in an IT/ITES industry
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
