Assembly Plant

PROFILE
- Identify and discuss with management about the assembly plant target monthly.
- Coordinate and make sure the availability of resources to achieve the given target.
- Support and provide inputs to prepare the annual budget.
- Continuous introduction of best assembly practices and manage the technical team.
- Provide training facilities to newcomers and junior staff on a continuous basis.
- Be responsible for the smooth operation of the entire assembly plant.
- Make sure that all the compliances of the assembly plant are adhered to including CEA and Municipal Council requirements.
- Keep continue and help the recruitment process of the technical staff.
- Provide technical knowledge and know-how whenever required for the development project of the company.
- Represent the company whenever required for any meetings, discussions, seminar and events.
- Develop and maintain the assembly process manual and implement the same as desired.
- Introduce the production quality control system and issue the QC certificate for each vehicle.
- Introduce the PDI checklist for each assembled truck and issue the PDI test report.
- Receive the locally purchased vehicles (LPV) and introduce the Technical Improvement (TI) sheet.
- Complete job of LPV within a set time.
QUALIFICATION
- Completed BSc Mechanical Engineering (Automobile Specialization - Local/Overseas)/ NDT/HNDE in Automobile or an equivalent qualification Degree or Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
- Almost 10 years' experience of which 3 years should be in a similar capacity and in a reputed automobile agency.
- (Prior experience in Assembly Plant is desired)
- Excellent reporting & presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience in MS office, ERP, DMS etc.
- Resided in close proximity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High-Level interpersonal skills.
- Be able to achieve the given production target.
- Be able to review production efficiency, identify the issues, and provide solutions by developing and introducing the best assembly practices.
