  • Responsible for Customer Inquiry management
  • Collaborate and Coordinate with other teams;
    • Sales team
    • Operations team
    • Finance dept
  • Manage Foreign Clients Inquiries
  • Provide Updates to Customer as Required
  • Collaborate and Improve Overall Customer experience
  • Work to Improve on Company standards

Eligibility

  • Experience in any logistic field will be an added bonus
  • Passed G.C.E. A/L
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Language Fluency & Communication Skills
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft office
  • Age below 30
