- Accountant
Experience:
More than 5 years hands-on experience in accounting field
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or MBA in Finance AND CA/CMA membership or post finalist
Age:
30-45 years
As the Accountant you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of accounting operations including but not limited to:
- Timely completion of accurate financial, management and regulatory reporting, including filling of statutory returns
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and maintain strong internal controls
- Provide insights such as strategic initiatives, investments and cost-saving measures as well as underlying business/economic developments and changes in accounting and taxation
- Provide management reporting of trends, risks and opportunities
- Liaise with stakeholders as well as external parties such as auditors/consultants, local regulatory bodies, and the Inland Revenue Department
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team
We specifically seek individuals who demonstrate the capacity to meet deadlines and excel under pressure. We prioritize candidates who are residing at Anuradhapura district but not a must.
