IMMEDIATE RECRUITMENT FOR
Technical Officer / QS
Dumeeqs Consultancy is one of the growing leading cost consultancies providing integrated project and cost management services for construction and engineering projects, a company in Ja- Ela, Sri Lanka.
Due to continued success in the country we are now seeking Technical Officer / QS to join our already established team in Ja- Ela, Sri Lanka immediately.
The Technical Officer / QS will hold the following responsibilities and duties:
- Perfect communication and negotiation skills and providing clients value for money.
- Identify business opportunities for renovation work.
- Prepare Quotations for Facility Management (renovation work)
- Take off quantities and Site Supervision
- Deal with Sub Contractors and supplier to get competitive prices
- Work with Auto CAD and Planswift
- Motivate the team member and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situation Valid Motor Cycle riding license
Requirements:
- Qualified with a Technical college Certificate (NCT) or relevant Certificate from accredited internationally recognized institution or equality Technical College/University.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 Years experience.
- Takes initiative and has good planning and organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Displays original thinking and creativity, presents ideas and information in a manner that other's attention..
- Preferably below 35 years in age a pleasing personality
- Able to act on own initiative and proactive way.
- Applicants residence around Gampaha District will be given priority
