We are a leading company in the agriculture sector in Sri Lanka. Currently we are looking for committed, energetic and self-motivated candidates with positive attitudes to fill the below position.
PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
- Around 2-3 years of work experience in similar capacity in a reputed organization
- Professional qualifications in supply management will have an added advantage
- Sound knowledge and skills in sourcing, planning, initiative, ordering, procuring and monitoring the supply of raw materials, packing materials and other items in line with compliance standards
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to liaise effectively with suppliers
- IT literacy (ERP systems and Office packages)
- Good Communication skills in English (both written and Oral)
- Knowledge of import/export/logistics related documentation
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Should be dedicated, Punctual and work to meet deadlines effectively
- Preferable age around 22-28 years
