Lanka Spice (Pvt) Limited, brand owners of the renowned brand "Mc Currie" has been a leader for over 39 years, producing authentic Sri Lankan products. The company's product range consists of whole, powdered, and blended spices along with ready-to-eat jar products. The company is in search of a young dynamic, results-oriented candidate to fill the above position at our organization.
Key Characteristics & Responsibilities:-
- Maintain and develop good relationship in HORECA Customers.
- Ability to plan and drive monthly/annual budgets.
- Implement proposals for customized products for KEY HORECA channels.
- Develop & maintain a data base with customer product requirements. Evaluate competitor activities/price and report to management.
- Coordinate & follow up with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring results.
Requirements:
- Completed GCE O/L & A/L.
- Partly qualified in SLIM would be an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the HORECA industry (Hotels, Restaurants & Institutions).
- Good Communication skills.
- Knowledge in B2B business.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional people managing skills.
- Ability to meet set deadlines.
- Valid driving license and own motorbike. (Holding a driving license will be an added advantage).
- Should be residing in Colombo district.
