Job Title: Manager - Human Resources
We are a well-established group of companies operating throughout the country. Our main streams of businesses include importing, manufacturing, and marketing of consumer electronic items, industrial equipment, appliances, computers, home phones, fitness equipment, office and household furniture. Additionally, we are involved in estate management, hospitality management, distribution of petroleum products and pharmaceuticals, as well as offering services relating to health care, automobiles, and micro financing.
We are looking for a result-oriented individual who can strengthen our team in managing human resources across various industries in different geographical areas of the country.
Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of HR management and its link to business strategy
- Ability to work with a variety of people with different backgrounds
- Conflict resolution skills and ability to find solutions through mediation and conciliation
- Degree or full professional qualification in human resource management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRM, with at least 3 years at a managerial level
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills (listening, negotiation, presentation, and writing)
- Preferably around 40 years of age
