Responsibilities
- Operational duties of the assigned area concerned.
- Obtaining of Security Business.
- Responsible for training & development of Security Officers.
- Supervision of Visiting Security Officers & Security Officers.
- Coordination of special duties and events.
- Consistently recruiting Security Officers according to the requirements of the Clients.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to motivate and manage Security Officers.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Age below 55 years.
- Should be a retired Commissioned Officer of the rank of Major / Captain and high performer with excellent leadership skills, an energetic and a dynamic person.
