Bead Rings for Bicycle Tyres Vacancy for Production Engineer
Dravima Lanka Pvt Ltd is a BOI registered, Netherland based company which manufactures bead rings for bicycle tyres. We are currently having an opening for a Production Engineer with following Qualifications.
Qualification
- Male candidates are preferred under 33 years of age.
- Candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Physical Science disciplines or NDT in Civil, Mechanical, or related field from a recognized university or institute with Minimum 5 years' experience in a production-related environment.
- Should have good technology, stakeholder management, leadership, and networking skills
- Should be a person with good analytical skills and be receptive to new ideas
- Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages Excellent computer literacy
- Preference will be given to those who have excelled in sports in school or university level
- Candidates with willingness to work with machinery are preferred. Preference will be given to a person with innovative ideas.
Responsibility
- Implementation of new production development projects
- Make sure production is running with minimum downtime
- Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance
- Managing the production floor during the shift
- Continuous improvement of production process
