JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Accounting or related field, or Chartered Accountant (ACA, CA, CPA), or Chartered Institute of Management
- Accounting (CIMA), or ACCA qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office functions, especially Excel.
- Audit experience, with a strong understanding of auditing principles and practices.
- Leadership qualities, with experience in team management, training, and development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to optimize performance.
- Oversee cost control measures, including expense monitoring and variance analysis, to maximize profitability.
- Manage cash flow by monitoring balances, forecasting needs, and optimizing cash utilization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
