2. Location/Travel Requirements:
- Based in Colombo or Kandy, Sri Lanka
- Hybrid Role: Remote & In-Person
- Must be able and willing to travel to Hapugasyaya on a regular basis
3. Availability:
- Role will require working with a team based on Eastern Standard Time (USA)
- Liaising with partners in Sri Lanka during standard LK business hours
- Core working hours will be from 10 AM to 10 PM local time

- Inventory Management
- Logistics Coordination
- Quality Assurance
- Documentation and Record-Keeping
- Data Entry and Analysis
Desired Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration OR 3+ years of previous operations experience
- 0-3 YEARS of experience in operations
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Outlook, ClickUp, and other relevant platforms
