EXECUTIVE - CHEMICAL MANAGEMENT
Location - Teejay Lanka Prints - Avissawella
QUENT TOUT & COMPLIANCE
The person would possess direct responsibility for the Chemical management & Compliance operation. Chemical Compliance Management, Compliance Certificates, Chemical Purchasing, Chemical-related Cost Management, Recipe Development along with daily and monthly production and business targets will be the main areas. Apart from that, driving the department & the team for a lean manufacturing & TQM culture for continuous improvement will also be expected from this job role. The Person
- Should possess a BSC in Textile Engineering or NDT in Textile & Clothing Technology or
- Exposure to Chemical Management & Compliance will be an added advantage
- BSC in Chemical Engineering/Science from a Recognized University
- 2 years or above experience in a similar category
- The exposure to Lean & TQM will be an added advantage
- Excellence communication skills, People Management Skills, good interpersonal skills, and must be able to deal with multi- disciplinary internal & external teams
- Sound analytical Skills in Chemical, Process, and Product Evaluation
- Should be self-motivated & Results Orientated
