SLIM is a board member of the Asian Marketing Federation, which has a membership of 17 Asian countries and is affiliated with the World Marketing Association.
HEAD OF FINANCE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; and preparing reports.
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Document financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information; and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Member of a recognized accountancy institute such as ICASL, ACCA or CIMA Age below 45.
- 3 years minimum experience as a Head of Finance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of accounting systems.
- External communication skills.
- Good computer literacy.
