SOS Children's Villages Sri Lanka, a member organization of SOS-Kinderdorf International, provides total care to the children who have lost their parents and supports the children who are at risk of losing the care of their biological family. The organization has well established Projects in Piliyandala, Nuwara Eliya, Galle, Anuradhapura, Monaragala, Batticaloa, Gandara, Peraliya & Jaffna and Mallavi.
Applications are invited from highly committed individuals who meet the requisite qualifications for the following position.
HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN (DURATION: 6 MONTHS LOCATION: PILIYANDALA)
The ideal candidate needs to be enthusiastic and energetic and will be expected to support all functions in the Human Resources and Organizational Development department of SOS Children's Villages Sri Lanka.
REQUIREMENTS
- Full or part qualifications in Human Resources from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Proficient in MS Office Packages including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Ability to follow instructions and good communication skills.
- Ability to work towards a deadline.
An internship allowance of Rs. 15,000/- per month will be paid to the selected candidate.
