Job Description

Responsibilities
- 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering solutions
- Elicitation of business requirements and translation into functional and technical specifications
- Analysing, designing, and developing creative solutions for quality outcomes
- Identifying and championing business process improvement opportunities
- Working closely with stakeholders and external vendors to ensure business needs are properly modeled, analyzed, and aligned to the business strategy
- Identifying impacts to business processes as a result of system or application changes
- Applying a risk mindset and ensuring products and services meet regulatory compliance obligations
- Developing user cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Overseeing the analysis, testing, and deployment of business requirements through the development lifecycle
- Effective engagement of multiple projects to deliver the desired outcomes
