Role: Sales Tele Caller
Multilingual (Sinhala, Tamil, English) - Hardware Store As a Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into customers through outbound calls. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable solution
Responsibilities:
- Generate Sales Leads
- Make calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions on excel
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly replying to queries
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Competent in MS Office
- Fluent in English, Sinhala or Tamil

Rs. 50,000 Starting salary + Commission Location: Colombo 12
