Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with the onboarding process
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefit administration
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues
  • Assist in organizing employee training and development programs
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices

Position Title: HR Executive (Legal Issues Handling)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in handling legal issues to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR-related legal matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related legal inquiries and issues. Interpret and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Advise management and HR team on legal implications of HR decisions and actions. Investigate employee complaints and conduct internal investigations as needed. Draft and review employment contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Manage employee disciplinary actions, terminations, and settlements.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, including mediation and arbitration.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR with a focus on legal issues
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience in conducting investigations and resolving employee disputes
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
