SHOWROOM MANAGER BRANCH INCHARGE
(CHILAW, MARINO MALL & COLPETTY SHOWROOMS)

JOB ROLE
- Achieving set quantity and sales targets of the showroom
- Maintaining high service standards of the showroom
- Effectively managing all functions pertaining to the retail store operations
- Ability to handle and resolve customer enquiries and complaints
- Ability to manage a team and lead the team towards achieving the business objectives
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Minimum of 5 Years experience as Showroom Manager or Branch - Incharge or similar capacity
- History of working in the retail field with the ability to handle and drive a team
- Suitable professional or vocational qualification in sales or any other related discipline
- Having past experience in Men's Wear would be considered as an added advantage
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of MS Office tools
- Excellent selling and PR skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
- Age below 40 Years
