THE PROFILE
- Lead the planning and execution of new networking and information security projects, ensuring seamless implementation and integration into existing systems.
- Take ownership of the reliability of implemented solutions, conducting regular assessments and optimizations to guarantee optimal performance and availability.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of data networking, wireless technologies, firewalls, and other security technologies, utilizing this knowledge to inform decision-making and problem-solving.
- Stay up to date with latest developments in networking technologies and security trends, incorporating new knowledge into project strategies and maintaining a competitive edge.
- Exhibit flexibility by being available to work non-standard hours or days as required, ensuring timely project completion and addressing urgent issues when they arise.
- Provide exceptional service support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience with our networking and security solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team by offering pre-sales support, including technical expertise, product knowledge, and solution recommendations to enhance customer understanding and drive sales success.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Security.
- Minimum three year of experience in data networking and information security.
- In-depth knowledge of network and security protocols, tools, and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with network switches, routers, wireless products, firewalls, endpoint protection solutions, and network monitoring systems.
- Professional certification in CCNA or HCNA. Firewall certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
