ROLE PROFILE
- Vendor analysis & Identifying appropriate vendors according to business needs
- Negotiating with external vendors by keeping a good rapport
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on procurement requirements
- Assisting procurement Manager for purchasing and related activities
- Supporting to keep internal documentation intact and traceable
- Assist Procurement Manager in reports and data analysis whenever required
PERSONAL PROFILE
- A Degree in Engineering, Supply chain or CIPS or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Procurement function
- A Dynamic personality who is eager to learn and take challenges
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Must be a good team player with high integrity
- Knowledge in ERP system i.e. SAP would be a definite advantage
