Software Engineer - Microsoft Power Platform

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft® Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and reporting through Power BI.
  • Collaborate with business teams to analyze business processes and translate them into effective and efficient Power Platform solutions.
  • Customize and extend Power Apps with advanced features, including custom connectors and integrations.
  • Implement automation workflows to streamline operations and improve user experiences.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, including model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Automate.
  • Some proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#
  • Familiarity with MS-SQL™ including:
    • Database Design
    • Writing SQL Stored procedures, SQL functions, views and queries
    • Data integration tools
  • Experience using Azure services, including Azure Functions, Blob Storage, and Dataverse, Azure Devops, Deployment pipelines, API integrations for example Adobe Sign.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and relevant Microsoft® certifications PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 or PL-600 are a plus.

The salary for the position is open for negotiation, and a transport allowance will be provided for the selected candidate. Working hours are 11.00am to 8.00pm with the ability to work outside of those hours if required.
