JOB DESCRIPTION
- POSITION: DEPUTY IN CHARGE - PHARMACY (WATTALA)
- JOB PROFILE:
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the pharmacy, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Stay up-to-date with pharmacy regulations and ensure that all operations comply with local, state, and federal laws
Train new pharmacy staff and provide ongoing development opportunities for existing team members
Oversee customer service operations to ensure that patients receive prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance
Manage pharmacy inventory to ensure adequate stock levels of medications and supplies while minimizing waste and controlling costs
- CANDIDATE PROFILE:
A bachelor's degree or diploma in pharmacy from an accredited institution
Must hold a valid pharmacist license
Minimum 04-06 years of experience working in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role, is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and IT literacy
