UNIVERSAL WE'RE LABELS HIRING WE ARE A LEADING BOI COMPANY BASED IN THE SUBURBS OF COLOMBO MANUFACTURING AND SUPPLYING PRINTED LABELS, WOVEN LABELS, AND HANG TAGS TO REPUTED GARMENT FACTORIES IN SRI LANKA AND OVERSEAS. WE ARE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A SELF-MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM FOR THE BELOW POSITION.
- QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identifying defects of the products and guide team to identify those.
- Controlling quality at different stages of label manufacturing.
- Quality auditing with process audits.
- Time management and achieving targets in a cost-controlled environment.
- Maintain and comply with customer compliance requirements throughout the process.
- Work closely with management, supervise, and motivate teams.
- Implement a quality control process to prevent manufacturing defects.
Qualifications:
- Degree or educational qualification in quality management, textile management, or process management with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in apparel quality or technical field.
- Sound knowledge of fabrics, trims, Exposure to label printing is an added benefit. Hands-on experience in production processes with short lead times is essential. Self-motivated, able to work with tight deadlines, and work independently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Age below 50 years.
