ASSISTANT MANAGER - MERCHANDIZING
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in Supply Chain. The ideal candidate should be an energetic team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
Role & Responsibility
- Decide critical path on all new orders with the customer, set timelines within the team to meet the agreed critical path.
- Monitor and update the critical path, discuss any issues with the customer.
- Agree deliveries with customers at the end of the finalization with the planning team.
- Ensure delivery confirmation and order confirmation back to customers are within agreed timelines.
- Finalize the Time & Action plan against confirmed orders with the agreement of all related parties.
- Follow up on PP Meeting and Production Starting Date (PSD) based on the agreed Time & Action plan/Critical path.
- Monitor Style creation in ERP system and ensure all BOMS in order/updated.
- Follow up purchasing and bulk merchandising teams to ensure that production lines are not idling, and planned material dates are achieved.
- Send weekly shipment forecasts.
- Work to achieve the monthly and annual sales targets define in the budget.
Qualifications & Experience
- Five years' experience in a similar capacity
- Negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of internal systems and systems of customers Studied up to G.C.E (A/L)
- ICT Literacy
- Good communication skills in the local language and English.
