Overview of the role

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and fostering continuous improvement across all departments.

What you will do

  • Evaluate existing business processes and assess their alignment with current operating models.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to optimize business processes.
  • Coordinate improvement efforts with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Oversee the implementation of process improvement initiatives, providing guidance and supervision to assigned personnel.
  • Analyze productivity, quality, cost, and time management metrics to monitor process effectiveness.
  • Present progress reports and integrate feedback to drive ongoing improvements.
  • Define long-term strategic objectives, engage with internal and external experts to determine optimal implementation methods.
  • Establish effective administration processes and maintain open communication with all stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reviews to identify and address bottlenecks, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Deliver training for new processes to facilitate smooth implementation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on project status and key risk areas in a timely manner.
  • Report instances of unsatisfactory performance to senior leadership promptly.
  • Maintain compliant records of process activities for future reference and audit purposes.
  • Revise and update procedures and policies as necessary to enhance efficiency and compliance.

What equips you for the role

  • B.Sc. in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with Project Management, Process Development, and adherence to governance frameworks.
  • A M.Sc. in Business Management or Administration will be advantageous.
  • 3+ years in Business Process Management, with previous experience within the automotive industry. Proficiency in Business Management tools would be a definite advantage.
  • Expert knowledge of the complete Automotive Business model and Value Chain is preferable.

Required skills to be successful

  • Experience working with multiple parties and a variety of services, with proven negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio).
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and influence management skills.
  • Fast learner, agile, with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Highly numerate with superb analytical ability and knowledge of analytical tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a curiosity to understand complex business scenarios. Commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
