AYA is a talent agency with high aspirations and strong ambitions to position ourselves as a leading player. We are looking for a Talent Manager to fill an important position in our team.
THE ROLE AND KEY TASK
- Recruit, train, and develop models, actors, and hosts
- Identify clients and enter agreements to supply our services to them
- Receive and handle bookings of models and coordinate with finance and marketing departments
- Participate in photo shoots, video shoots, fashion shows, and other events internationally
- Commence research on current industry trends and apply the knowledge to develop our business

- Fluent in English

- Pleasing personality for effective communication Prior experience at a modelling agency, talent agency, headhunting firm or similar will be an added advantage
