SENIOR EXECUTIVE - TALENT ACQUISITION
The Job:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition.
This role will require extensive island wide travel to visit implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our company's workforce and supporting our continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to each factory location to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
- Conduct regular visits to all factories across the country to assess staffing needs and understand local market dynamics.
- Utilize a variety of recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to source qualified candidates.
- Provide training and support to factory managers and HR teams on best practices for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR management.
- Strong understanding of the apparel industry and the specific skills and qualifications required for various positions within the company.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country, often to remote factory locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
