POST OF ASSISTANT HR MANAGER
We are a well-established organization operating in the Western province. Our main streams of business are Facilities Management, Housekeeping, Janitorial services, Air-conditioning, and Real Estate. Currently, Our Facilities Management is engaged with the largest organizations, local, and International Organizations in Sri Lanka.
Currently, the total manpower of the Organization exceeds 900 people in over 70 locations/companies in Sri Lanka.
We are looking for a result-oriented individual who can strengthen our team in order to manage human resources at different geographical areas in the country.
The Prospective candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Candidate should be preferably FEMALE, below 45 years of age (above 30 years)
- In-depth understanding of HR Management and its link to business strategy.
- A degree or full professional qualification in the area of human resource management. (candidates who are currently studying will not be encouraged or provided study leave, etc.)
- Ability to work with a variety of different people with varying backgrounds.
- Ability to deal with conflicts and work with parties to find appropriate solutions using mediation and conciliation.
- Possess a minimum of 05 (five) years of working experience in the field of HRM and at least 02 (two) years at the managerial level in a reputed organization.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to work in a computerized environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak and write fluently in the English language are a must.
- Innovative thinker and ability to drive the company's HR management functions to meet the company Vision and mission.
